This policy is to clarify and define the rules followed by the site’s creators governing the nature, use and storage of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). For the rest of this policy, “we” refers to the creators and staff associated with the site while “you” refers to readers, advertisers, and featured artists and authors doing business with the site, Worlds of Mystery. We do not require you to provide PII to read the contents of this site or to subscribe.

This site is a not-for-profit endeavor by independent business people doing business as RuLe Creations under State of Florida rules. Although it is affiliated with Worlds of Mystery Magazine ™ which is a for profit magazine. We provide information on this site in good will to celebrate the work of the writers, poets and artists who have brought us so much joy.Any personal information collected through email or by any other means will be kept in confidence and all files containing such information will be deleted after conversations have ended.

Information marked personal does not solely apply to PII and can also include information about celebrations, personal struggles, friendships, family observances or personal opinions. Information marked for public review consists of book release dates, book tour dates, content descriptions and author profiles describing professional history such as award winnings and nominations and teasers about upcoming releases. This is to let our readers know about our favorite authors, films and books.

Lists of customers and email addresses will never be shared outside the organization or sold. Business email and postal addresses of publishers and agents will not be shared but may be used for our own marketing purposes.
